Walking into this Popeyes I felt welcomed. The restaurant is clean , the customer service was great and the staff is very helpful. My food was fresh and my family and I didn’t have to wait an excessive time to receive order. Will definetely be back to this restaurant

Jeremiah took our order and went over and beyond. We're a family of eight and had initially had gone to Whataburger but the touch menu wasn't working correctly and no one seemed to care. So, we walked out and headed to Popeye's. Everything was fresh and all there. Thanks Jeremiah- Jeremiah 29:11 and John 5:24

I stopped by this Popeyes on my way from visiting a patient. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The fries were hot and great. The chicken sandwich was great. The chicken was a very nice size. The strawberry lemonade was awesome as well. I only deducted stars because I am polite and always say hello and thank you. I said hello and thank you to the young man at the window and he didn't say anything back. They were busy though. Overall the food was delicious. One of the best taste wise I've been to.

I frequently visit Popeyes because of the exceptional quality of your offerings. The tenderness of the chicken is consistently impressive, and the mac & cheese stands out as a truly unique dish that I and my daughter absolutely adore. However, I have a suggestion that I believe could enhance the dining experience further. It would be fantastic to see an additional chicken texture option on the menu, alongside the classic crispy style. Additionally, I think a slight increase in seasoning could elevate the flavor profile of the chicken, making it even more satisfying. Thank you for continuing to provide delicious and memorable meals.

I live down the street and every time I come in, James is the BEST-helpful, genuine and food is amazing. The whole team was working so hard and to be honest, some of the customers were rude and demanding yet the staff had to kill them with kindness. I personally don't think these reviews match my experiences at all and I love coming in. I honestly believe that because the average home price is reaching 1 million in the Alpharetta/Milton area, that it brings a lot of people who are out of touch and entitled. So good lord, treat people nicely. I saw people come in and just be plain rude. manners are free

I've only been through the drive thru but EVERY time it's such a positive experience! They always make sure the fries for my son are fresh and I never mind a short wait for something FRESH! They are very kind and always helpful! I drive out of my way to come to this location and I typically see the same individuals in the window, always with a smile and providing spot on customer service. Will be back every time! Would give 10 stars if I could!
